Palnet is a key deliverable of the Leading ICT in Learning in Technology Enabled Schools project. It is funded by the Australian Government under the ICT Innovation Fund and is led by Principals Australia Institute.
Principals and school leaders will be able to engage with information, expert advice, practical and strategic tools, mentoring, facilitated networking and collegial learning.
The Palnet environment also provides an authentic context for leaders to develop ICT competencies through forums, blogs, wiki's and e-collaborative spaces.
The resources and online support are accessed through a portal built by Education Services Australia. Project partners are the Association of Heads of Independent Schools in Australia (AHISA), the Australian Primary Principals Association (APPA), the Australian Secondary Principals Association (ASPA), Catholic Secondary Principals Australia(CaSPA) and Education Services Australia.
